More known for being one of the worlds snowiest ski resorts, in the summer months the island transforms into one of Asia’s most optimal regions for endurance sports training and racing. The return of Ironman Japan in 2013 to the Lake Toya/Niseko area is a testament to just how much this part of the world has to offer to anyone who loves to swim-bike-run! Thanks for reading!
